• Playoffs: The schedule will be based on team rankings from the season games.
• Championships: Playoff results from the first game will determine which teams compete in the championship brackets.
• Pre-K/K Divisions: Practices and games will continue during the playoffs and championship days.

Playoff & Championship Schedule - MARCH 1st, 2026

Please be ready and on time to practice and ready to play!

After Championship Games: After the championship games on 3/1, both teams will head to the booth to take photos and collect awards. 

Playoff Details: We're doing a tournament format. Seeding is based on season standings.

For the Middle school teams: 1v4, 2v3. Then winners move on to the championship and losing teams play for 3rd place.

For the high school 1st and 2nd place get a first round bye. Teams ranked 3v6, 4v5 winners move on to play 1st and 2nd.  Then winners of the 2nd round move to the championship.

Losing Teams move down to play for 3rd and fourth place 

Each game will be 24 minutes long, two 12 minute halves with a 1 minute break 

Championship Weekend Reminders

As we approach championship weekend, we want to remind everyone of our code of conduct to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all participants, families, and coaches.

1. Sportsmanship: Always display good sportsmanship, regardless of the game's outcome. Encourage your players to shake hands and show respect to opponents and officials.

2. Positive Support: Cheer for your team and refrain from negative comments towards the opposing team, coaches, or referees. Let’s keep the focus on encouragement and support!

3. Respect for Officials: Our referees are here to help facilitate a fair game. Please respect their decisions and avoid any disputes.

4. Team Spirit: Show your team spirit! Wear your team colors and cheer loudly for your players.

5. No Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including bullying or intimidating behavior, will not be tolerated.

6. Family Friendly Environment: Remember that this is a family-friendly event. Please be mindful of your language and actions.

7. Stay Positive: Regardless of the game's outcome, let’s focus on the fun, learning experiences, and friendships built throughout the season.

NFL FLAG FOOTBALL STANDINGS







Get Ready for All-Girls Sunday Flag Football League in Roseville / Granite Bay / Sacramento partnered with the 49ers

The NFL Flag Roseville Girls League offers two divisions for girls in middle school and high school with games on Sunday. No prior experience is necessary, and players DO NOT need to be residents of Roseville or enrolled in school in Roseville. Players will learn flag football fundamentals and participate in games with other teams in their division. The season will end with playoff games in each division. Each participant will receive their own officially branded NFL FLAG reversible jersey, shorts and flag belt to keep.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

• Consistent Schedule: Games are played on Sundays.

• MVP Awards: Coaches select two MVPs each week, and their achievements will be highlighted with photos.

Per our safety protocol, players may play up only one division upon request, but may not play down a division.

• Head Coach: During your player’s registration, select "Yes" for the question 'Are you signing up to be a Head Coach.' Complete the registration process, and an automatic discount will be applied.

• Assistant Coach: Sign up for the Assistant Coach role during your player’s registration. Use the discount code 472739 to apply your discount.

Once registered, you’ll receive an email with next steps.

TEAM CODE: After signing up as a Head Coach, you will receive a confirmation email with a button to “manage team.” Click this to access your team code, which can be shared with your team during registration.

YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The RCX Sports Foundation, in partnership with the NFL, provides grants to cover the cost of participating in an NFL FLAG league. Eligible applicants can receive up to a maximum $100 per child's league fees.

Who Can Apply?

Children ages 6-18 who want to participate in NFL FLAG
Households with income below the national average (proof of income required)
Families whose children receive free/reduced lunch (verification required)
Participants who have not yet registered for an NFL FLAG league this year

Before registering your child for any of our events, leagues, camps, or tournaments with United Sports of America, DBA United Sports Flag Football League / United Sports, please read our Player Registration Agreement and Waiver. By registering, you agree to the terms outlined in this document, which includes information regarding participation permission, liability release, photography consent, and emergency medical treatment.

Before You Register, Please Note:

Buddy or Coach Requests: If your child has a friend or coach they want to be teamed with, you
can indicate this during registration. Please refer to our Parents Introduction Page for our Buddy
or Coach Requests Policy.

Ordering Equipment: Order your NFL Flag Jersey and flag set during registration. Be sure to
know your child’s size!

Team Code: If your coach provided a team code, please use that code when you register. If you
don't have a coach or team code yet, please leave this section blank and continue to register.
You can list the name of the coach in your coach request section during registration. Also, you
can leave this section blank if you do not have a coach/team request.

Service Fee: Please note that a non-refundable $3 service fee will be applied to each
transaction when registering for any program.

Team Registration: Coaches can send a link to their players for team sign-ups.
