United Sports Flag Football offers an exciting, community-based youth flag football league for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our program is designed to teach the fundamentals of football in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment!

We proudly serve families across San Jose, Palo Alto, Hayward, Alameda, and San Francisco, providing convenient access to high-quality youth sports programming throughout the Bay Area.

Here’s what to expect when you join our league:

• Play With Friends – Request to be placed on the same team as your buddy or classmate!

• Coach Requests – Know a coach you love? You can request your favorite coach during registration.

• Parent & Volunteer Coaches – Our program is led by passionate parent and volunteer coaches who help bring the game to life.

• Practice + Game Each Week – Each game day begins with a practice session, followed by an organized game—all in one day.

• Weekly MVP Awards – Each week, one player from every team is recognized with an MVP Certificate for their effort, teamwork, or standout performance.

• Photos Included – All players will receive a team and individual photo as a keepsake of their season.

• Playoffs & Championships – Older divisions will compete in end-of-season playoffs, leading to a league championship game.

• Season-End Awards – Every player receives a season-ending award, celebrating their participation and hard work.

• Super Bowl Invitation – The top teams from each league earn an invitation to compete in our exclusive United Sports Super Bowl event.
