Friday Night Flag Football in Alameda
Join United Sports Flag Football for Friday night NFL FLAG football in Alameda. This league is designed for middle school and high school athletes and is open to players of all skill levels. No experience is needed.
Players will learn the game, compete with their teams, build confidence, and finish the season with playoffs and championship games.
United Sports Flag is proud to partner with the Alameda Education Foundation for this program.

March through May (Dates will be sent closer to the date)
All teams participate through the playoff and championship weeks.
Divisions
Middle School and High School All Girls Division
Practice days and times may vary by coach. Games are played on Friday evenings.

Optional gear may be available during registration, including socks, sleeves, footballs, gloves, and headbands.

- Assistant Coach Discount: $50 credit
Volunteer Coaches Needed
We are looking for Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to help lead teams, support player development, and create a great experience for the athletes.
Coaches receive league support, resources, and registration discounts. Once registered, coaches will receive next steps by email.
Scholarship Support
Families may be eligible for financial assistance through the NFL FLAG / RCX Sports Foundation scholarship program.

Please review the following before completing registration:
- Choose the correct division
- Enter accurate player and parent information
- Know your child’s uniform sizes
- Add any buddy or coach requests during registration
- Use a team code if your coach provided one
- Leave the team code section blank if you do not have one
- A non-refundable $3 service fee applies to each transaction
