United Sports Flag Football offers an exciting, community-based youth flag football league for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our program is designed to teach the fundamentals of football in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment!

We proudly serve families across San Jose, Palo Alto, Hayward, Alameda, and San Francisco, providing convenient access to high-quality youth sports programming throughout the Bay Area.

Each season includes:

• Team Meet & Greet

• Weekly Practices and Games

• Official NFL FLAG Reversible Jerseys and Flags

• Playoffs and Championship Weekend

• Super Bowl Tournament (select divisions and teams)
