NFL FLAG RULES

Post Championship Games: After the championship games on 10/27, both teams will head to the booth to take photos. Losing teams will collect Team MVP Awards. Winning teams will collect awards.

Championship Weekend Reminders

As we approach championship weekend, we want to remind everyone of our code of conduct to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all participants, families, and coaches.

1. Sportsmanship: Always display good sportsmanship, regardless of the game's outcome. Encourage your players to shake hands and show respect to opponents and officials.

2. Positive Support: Cheer for your team and refrain from negative comments towards the opposing team, coaches, or referees. Let’s keep the focus on encouragement and support!

3. Respect for Officials: Our referees are here to help facilitate a fair game. Please respect their decisions and avoid any disputes.

4. Team Spirit: Show your team spirit! Wear your team colors and cheer loudly for your players.

5. No Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including bullying or intimidating behavior, will not be tolerated.

6. Family Friendly Environment: Remember that this is a family-friendly event. Please be mindful of your language and actions.

7. Stay Positive: Regardless of the game's outcome, let’s focus on the fun, learning experiences, and friendships built throughout the season.

• Game: Eagles vs. 49ers

• Date: October 27th 2024
• Game: Eagles vs. 49ers

1st/2nd Grade Division through 7th/8th Grade Division

Playoff Format:

• Date: October 20th 2024
  • Game 1: 1st Seed vs. 4th Seed
  • Game 2: 2nd Seed vs. 3rd Seed

Championship Format:

• Date: October 27th 2024
  •  Championship A Game: Winner of Game 1 vs. Winner of Game 2
  •  Championship B Game: Loser of Game 1 vs. Loser of Game 2

If you need to make up photos, we will have a photographer or staff onsite. Please ask the onsite staff if you need photos taken. We recommend scheduling these either during practice times or after team and award photos are taken.

Thank you for registering your child in the United Sports Flag Football League! We are thrilled to have you join our community for what promises to be a fun and active season.

Fall 2024 Schedule & Scores

Fall 2024 Standings

Location and Dates:

• Location: Pioneer High School - 1290 Blossom Hill Rd, San Jose, CA 95118 (Football Stadium)
• Dates: Sundays from August 25th to October 20th
  • No practice/games on Labor Day Weekend (September 1st, 2024)

Important Dates:

• August 25th: Team Meet and Greet/Combine (see session times below)
• September 8th - October 6th: Regular Season Games (about 2 hours each Sunday, including practice and game time)
• October 20th: Playoffs (Practice and games)
• October 27th: Championship Playoff Tournament (Practice and games)

Divisions and Schedule (Starting 9/8/24):

Pre K - Kindergarten: Practice at 10:00 AM, Game at 11:00 AM 
1st Grade - 2nd Grade: Practice at 11:00 AM, Game at 12:00 PM
3rd Grade - 4th Grade: Practice at 12:00 PM, Game at 1:00 PM
5th Grade - 6th Grade: Practice at 1:00 PM, Game at 2:00 PM
7th Grade - 8th Grade: Practice at 2:00 PM, Game at 3:00 PM

Team Assignments: Team assignments are solidified. If you have any questions or issues, please email us at [email protected].

Equipment Distribution: Equipment will be distributed during the Meet & Greet by the coaches. Coaches will pick up their team’s equipment at the registration table prior and distribute it to the players during the event. Each player will receive the jersey and shorts size that was ordered.

• Custom Jerseys: If you ordered custom jersey lettering, your jerseys will be ready on September 8th.
• Pocketless Shorts: Will also be ready on September 8th.
• Missing Items: If you have any missing items or concerns about the equipment, please notify the staff and email us at [email protected] so we can address and correct any issues quickly.

Each player should receive:

• NFL FLAG reversible jersey
• Pocketless shorts (Available 9/8)
• Mouthguard
• Flag belt
• Drawstring bags (Available Week 3)

If you ordered additional equipment (socks, gloves, ball, etc.), it will be provided to the coach for distribution.

What to Wear: Please ensure your child comes to the Meet and Greet in activewear they’re comfortable exercising in. Cleats are recommended.
